Robin E. Walker, Attorney

Robin supports the firm with her extensive knowledge and experience across a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, representing clients through every stage of the deal process. She is known for her strategic approach and ability to navigate complex transactions, working closely with all parties to ensure efficient and successful outcomes. Robin’s depth of knowledge and attention to detail make her a trusted partner across all stages of commercial real estate matters.

Her experience includes structuring and negotiating financing for a variety of ownership entities, including LPs, LLCs, REITs, and Delaware statutory trusts. Robin regularly handles sophisticated financing arrangements such as CMBS, Fannie Mae (FNMA), Freddie Mac (FHLMC), mezzanine loans, revolving credit facilities, and equity pledge structures.

Robin also advises clients on entity formation and corporate structuring, including joint ventures, tenant-in-common arrangements, and DSTs. In addition, she prepares and negotiates a wide array of commercial agreements, helping clients manage vendor relationships and operational needs across diverse industries.
